Nu-Teck offers Plate Sprocket specifically for torque limiter application. Select your Plate Sprocket from our standard sprocket catalogue. For more precise torque setting and for applications where slippages may be frequent, it is recommended that a Nu-Teck plate sprocket be used. Rated torue capacity can only be obtained with dry friction liner and with a Nu-Teck Plate Sprockets must be flat, paralled, square with bore and free from rust, scale and oil. If plate sprocket is not in accordance with these specifications, Torque limiter capacity will be erratic and generally lower.
